Stiff tulle resembling a net, it's not flexible but it's very stiff and light. Imported from DSI and Chrisanne Clover. Most often it's used in standard dresses as a complement to skirts - it gives them volume. Stiff Net is also suitable for the top of skirts. Very soft and airy, but it's a rather delicate fabric for what you should pay attention to when designing an outfit.
